My name is Natalie Gillard, and I am a multi-award-winning designer of immersive experiences and spaces, first gaining recognition as the creator of FACTUALITY, a fact-based simulation that has engaged tens of thousands of people worldwide. At the core of my work lies transformational design, a deliberate practice that brings clarity and meaningful purpose to both learning and living.

Following an ADHD diagnosis, I experienced firsthand what the research has long shown: environments can overstimulate or steady... distract or anchor... make or break. Guided by the facts and my lived experience, I bring a data-informed lens to my work, designing environments that create capacity for ease to naturally emerge.

Whether in the workplace or in the home, my approach to design is grounded in thoughtfulness and centered on the belief that when spaces are created with intention, they invite clarity, connection, and transformation. I continue this work through The Black House, my residence-turned-design studio and guest suite, anchored by a striking black brick facade and curated to support every pace.
